AMMENITIES

Clubhouse head-boat featuring: Bar, kitchen, grills, free unlimited ice, covered deck overlooking river, bathrooms, showers, commissary stocked with your favorite beverages and branded items like hats & t-shirts.  Members can reserve the headboat for no additional charge.  Social events, holiday parties and regular “docktails” with friends.

Store & Launch Service for kayaks, canoes, SUPs.  Convenient rack storage on the water allows you to just drive down, hop in your kayak and go!  No more loading up on the car – AND you can get your garage back. 

Moorage members enjoy dockside water and electric all included!  Five minutes away from a fully stocked ship-store at the Sea Ray dealership.    

MEMBERSHIPS & COSTS

Members who can, volunteer a few hours to open the harbor for summer season and to close the harbor for winter.  This helps keep costs low.  No special skills needed! 

MEMBERSHIP – Includes 24/7/365 access to all harbor facilities & amenities, all Club Social Events, optional kayak storage & launch, serve on and/or lead Club Committees. One-time New Member fee = $250; Annual dues = $250.

MOORAGE MEMBERSHIP – Also includes annual summer boat dock rental.  Eligible to vote on Club matters & serve as Trustee.  Ownership rights.    One-time New Member fee = $250, Ownership Notes = $600 (note:  ownership notes of $600 ($300 1st & 2nd yr.) are refundable if/when you leave club); Annual dues = $200.
