State makes "notice of intent" for Ohio River Bridges Project
Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11)- The Ohio River Bridges Project is moving forward. The state of Kentucky has put out a "notice of intent" that they are looking for contractors to build a new bridge in downtown Louisville. Interested parties can attend a pre-bid meeting on March 1 in Louisville. Transportation officials say they hope to award a contract by October.

Man nearly drives into Ohio River
